Magnetic Polishing & Deburring Machines

Eliminate Manual Finishing.Achieve Consistent, Production-Ready Surface Finishes.

Authorised distributor of magnetic polishing and deburring machines for India and the GCC. Deburr, descale, remove oxide and polish small metal parts in one automated cycle — reaching blind holes, internal threads and recesses without changing dimensions.

We run these machines in our own plant — we sell what we use.

Riesen Engineering polished parts by hand before it sold these machines. Three operators finished 300–400 kg a day at an inconsistent quality. The same work now runs on one production machine at 700 kg a day with a single operator.

Running Cost, From Our Own Floor

The Cost Argument

These are our own plant figures, not manufacturer claims — the cost per kilogram of material processed, manual polishing versus one production machine.

Cost per kilogram processed: manual polishing versus a production machine
Per kgManual polishingProduction machine
Chemical₹7.50₹5.00
Labour₹6.60₹1.10
Power₹0.36
Pins₹0.37
Total₹14.10₹6.83

Roughly ₹6–7 per kilogram, against about ₹14 per kilogram by hand. This applies to production-volume machines; entry-level machines are chosen to replace outsourcing, not labour.

The Process

One Cycle. Five Operations.

A single automated cycle deburrs, descales, removes oxide, polishes and brightens the part. Where belts and vibratory media cannot make contact, the pins do — and because the abrasion is carried by the media rather than the component, the part leaves the machine dimensionally as it entered.

Five operations, one cycle

Deburring, descaling, oxide removal, polishing and brightening are completed together in a single automated cycle.

Reaches enclosed geometry

Thousands of small stainless pins follow a rotating magnetic field and reach blind holes, internal threads, slots, recesses and the interiors of drawn parts.

Dimensions unaffected

The pins carry the abrasion, not the part, so dimensions and tolerances are held through the cycle.

Materials handled

Stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium, zinc and die-cast alloys, spring steel and titanium.

Machine Range

Three Machine Families

Single bucket magnetic polishing machine with stainless steel work top

Single Bucket Series

Entry level. Job shops, sample runs, jewellery and giftware.

Compact. The smaller models run on a normal single-phase supply and occupy under half a square metre.

Production volumes. Fasteners, turned parts, sheet metal, CNC job shops.

The volume workhorse — up to around 700 kg per eight-hour shift with one operator.

Fully Automatic Series

High volume, where manual loading is the bottleneck.

Hopper-fed and self-discharging. The operator only washes and dries the finished parts.
